Humic acids are able to beneficially influence and guide living organisms in various unique stages of their life and growth.
When the proper amounts of
humic substances are dissolved in water, the water takes on a new form, becoming molecularly restructured.

How to Use Miracle Bion
If you are using the
Omega product alone as a mineral supplement, drink one ounce (2 tablespoons) in 7 ounces of pure spring or distilled water (NO CHLORINE!!), on an empty stomach. Don't ingest anything else for at least half an hour.
If you are taking both
Alpha and Omega, the ideal for increased energy, prevention, and maintenance, mix 1 tablespoon of each together in 7 ounces of water and drink on an empty stomach. Again, don't ingest anything else for at least half an hour. Also, if you are taking both, we suggest that you not do it late in the day, as the energy factor might not be convenient when it's time for sleep.
If you are using these products for amelioration of some condition and seek dramatic results, studies have shown that drinking 1 ounce of each product in 6 ounces of water 3 or 4 times per day will be most effective. Don't forget to drink this on an empty stomach and to wait for half an hour afterward before ingesting any other food, drink, or supplement.
When you first begin utilizing the Bion products your body may be out of balance. If this is the case, the body may use 4-6 ounces a day. But after a while the amount needs to be decreased. Someone who is ordinarily healthy (e.g doesn't have a serious imbalance, etc.) and has been on the Bion for 6 months to a year should be taking no more than one ounce per day (that comes to 1 Tablespoon each Alpha and Omega).

IMPORTANT WARNING
You must use un-chlorinated spring water to take with Miracle Bion Alpha & Omega. City water cannot be used with fulvic acid. Chlorine reacts negatively when mixed with humic substances, especially fulvic acid, causing the production of deadly carcinogenic THMs and MX.
