in House of Representatives Congressman Reveals Chemtrails to Be Real Weapons
The secret is out. The U.S. military-industrial complex has, in fact, been researching and testing "exotic weapons systems" on the populace while denying that these weapons exist. On October 2, 2001, Congressman Dennis Kucinich of Ohio introduced H. R. 2977, the "Space Preservation Act of 2001." This legislation seeks to "preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons." Although this legislation was introduced shortly after the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, work on this bill began long before that infamous date. As legislation designed to promote peace it is avant-garde and ground-breaking. The bill bans the use of land, sea, or space-based weapons systems at an altitude greater than 60 kilometers (about 134 miles) above the surface of the earth. It requires the President to implement a permanent ban on space-based weapons, remove any such existing weapons in space and immediately order the permanent termination of research and development, testing, manufacturing, production, and deployment of all space-based weapons of the United States. Yet the most interesting piece of this very interesting bill is the acknowledgement that chemtrails, also known as contrails, are weapons, not merely exhaust fumes from jet engines. For years, government, military, and environmental agencies have denied the reality of a covert weapons program known as Chemtrails. This legislation tacitly confirms its existence. (For more information about chemtrails, see http://www.trufax.org/research3/contrails.html.) In addition to banning conventional weapons, "exotic weapons systems" are also prohibited. Section 7 -Definitions, of H.R. 2977, defines "exotic weapons systems" as "weapons designed to damage space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space." The bill specifies "exotic weapons systems," as "(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons; (ii) chemtrails; (iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems; (iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons; (v) laser weapons systems; (vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and (vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons." |
