"A Recipe for Orchid Pleasure"

A succinct albeit a pragmatic recipe for growing orchids. Enjoy!

~ A Recipe for Orchid Pleasure ~

Ingredients:

• Ample Sunshine
• Plenty of Water - Balanced as needed
• Healthy Doses of Sunshine
• A Generous Amount of Humidity
• A Spritz of Insecticide
• Vast Amounts of Delightful Air Movement / Breezes
• A Dose of Fresh Potting Medium
• Ample Supplies of Clean Pots and Utensils
• A Dash of Rainwater
• Adequate Light Year Round
• A Pinch of Neglect
• Gallons of Patience

Mix all ingredients well, slowly folding in ingredients throughout the year as needed. Let "seasonings" blend during the year to ensure an even and proper mixture of ingredients.

Add cinnamon to cuts and bruises as needed during the year. Feed consistently and develop a routine. Move or "turn" plants to new locations if plants are not doing well. Try different doses of the above ingredients if plants are not quite right. A good cook will be adventurous and try new things. Sprinkle with delight and admiration.
